I am a new customer. How do I set up a Becquet account?
Browse the site and discover Becquet’s products
See something you like? To place an order, click on "add to basket" at the bottom of the product sheet.
When you have finished shopping, confirm your order.
With your email address and a password of your choice, your personal account with BECQUET is created.
Your account allows you to track your orders, save your shopping basket, save your preferences, and more.

Payment
You may pay by international credit card (CB, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard,…)
Becquet uses a secure online payment protocol: S.S.L – version 3.
Any bank charges for foreign payments (foreign currency exchange, etc...) will be charged to your bank account. Please contact your bank for information on such charges.

Delivery where you wish
You may choose your place of delivery, which can be different for each order (home, office, neighbour, family ...).
All of your delivery addresses appear in your customer account.
Please provide a phone number where the shipping company may reach you if needed.

Your parcel will be delivered within 72 hours.

How do I know when to expect my parcel?
When the parcel has been shipped from Becquet, we send you an email with a web link to the shipping company DHL Express. From there, you can track the shipping of your parcel.

Can I receive the parcel at a different address?
You can save as many delivery addresses as you wish in your customer account space (home, office, neighbour, family ...). You choose the preferred address when placing your order.

Returns and refunds

How do I return an item?
After receiving an order, you have 15 days to change your mind. If you wish to return one or more items, contact a sales assistant on 0033 2010 1700 or send an email to sophie@web.becquet.com. She will help you with the procedure so that a shipping company can collect the parcel from you.
The initial cost of shipping is not refunded. However, Becquet covers the shipping cost for returning the package.
If you wish to place another order, you may do so directly with the sales assistant.

How do I track my returns?
The shipping company that picks up the parcel for return will give you a DHL number, which will allow you to track your order.

How do I get refunded for the returned item?
The refund will be made to your credit card as soon as the item has been received by Becquet.
